Our Roseville facility hosted Truck or Treat for our team members and their families! AVA was excited to host at our plant and to thank our team for the work they do each day. Happy Halloween from AVA Roseville 🎃

In June, Bio-Care arrived onsite at our Roseville facility to conduct audiometric testing for our employees. Bio-Care is a mobile testing facility that tests all employees under the MIOSHA General Industry Safety and Health Standard, Part 380, Occupational Noise Exposure. Any employee who may be subjected to >85 decibels over an 8 hr period is required to have a hearing test to determine if hearing has been impacted. The testing results were given directly to the employee and improved our workplace for our Roseville employees.

On Friday at our headquarters we all gathered together, while maintaining Covid-19 safety precautions, to celebrate and honor all military personnel who have served in the U.S. military. We thank all of the men and women who have served.🇺🇸
