Today's outcome was as predicted: Dattari relieved community service as he is to work for meals on wheels in memory of Jeff and his licensed revoked. Although this punishment may seem unfair to the law broken, we feel peace by the sincere sympathy that Dattari expressed to us personally today in court. Thank you all for the prayers and support.

‼️‼️TOMORROW‼️‼️ As of now we are still scheduled to appear at the Wilson County courthouse at 10:00am to hear the judge's call concerning the taken life of Jeff Rackley. We would like all friends and family to please lift us up in prayer as tomorrow when that gravel hits, whether we agree or disagree with the judge's order, to stay strong and remember the life of Jeff. As it is most likely to be probation, we pray to see the courtroom filled with yellow shirts and our messages filled with pictures sent by friends and family supporting yellow for the memory of Jeff in hope to make a difference. Thank you all for the continuous support.

We received a call from Wilson county court that the assigned court date has been MOVED to January 2016. We are unsure of the reasoning why but will keep everyone updated.

Court date is tomorrow, December 8th, starting at 10:00am. The case does not have an official start time so if coming, please be there by 9:45am.

Court location: 115 Nash St SE Wilson, NC 27893.

We want the court room to be filled with YELLOW in support of Jeff Rackley. If you bought a Jeff's Wrecker shirt please wear it tomorrow. If you did not purchase a shirt, please wear yellow. For those who cannot come, please wear your yellow shirt tomorrow and send pics to us so we may post them.

One year ago.... Little did we know would be our last call. We are so thankful for the continued support in the last months of this unbearable heart break. Today, of all tragic days, Wendy and Brooke will speak with the DA of Wilson county regarding the strong possibility of PROBATION for the driver who struck and killed Jeff by a FELONY move over law. As you could imagine this spills many emotions. We ask for prayers and strength during the day as we relive every unforgettable moment and for justice to take a stand!!!! The court date for the case is December 8th in Wilson county (one week from today) and those who want to take the stand with us may certainly join. We won't back down and will fight till the end.
