I haven't given up.hahahaha
I had to get the fu.. off here. I was painting myself as an artist into a corner. The more I posted I was putting time frames on myself. You do that, your fuc...i am a**l as hell now that this technology is available. Its the most in depth, hardest thing I have taught myself. Anyone can buy a 3D printer and buy files and print and get ok results. Who can learn that technology from design aspect to printing. I have been testing 4 different filaments as I keep designing for the past 6 months. Each filament has hundreds of variables from nozzle temp, bed temps,,fan control of what percentage you apply the fan on how many starting layers and for which filament and why did you go with that one? Unbelievable amount of adjustment for each filament and I i deep dove into tje 4 want to use. Its racing its my set ups. Sure they have the stock ones you can use get ok results, same as racing. Its how digs deep into learning every part of your set ups. Thats rhe guy or girl you better watch out dor.lol.I have done the hardest, longest road.lol
I said,I'm not selling anything unless I create it from nothing but my mind. So...Very close...I look at it as a ball of clay. I start with 3D solid block and I start carving. Stare at the real car photos fro every angle.
Well by doing that, this of one of 5 different Bicknell body styles I created from basically 2022- current. What's happening in that whole upper quarter panel angle, design I really like!! If you stare at enough of them you start picking out different guys/companies who make bodies and sell them y their art work which is their tin work.
Rick Laubach and Lightning Bodies, for my tatste,AWESOME!!
Some of the best looking dirt modified tin work when stuck in such a tight box. Nellie me .
Now their are some very great after market body builders like Mad Skins. Very high quality craftsmanship.
Why I bring up Lightning Bodies first? Because I consider myself an artist for a living and his s**t is art!! He pushes the boundaries of today and creates some cool designs in Bodies.
Anyways,I get off topic so bare with me.lol
Back to my cars. I wrnt so deep on learning the filament and print set ups for these flimaments because again I am so a**l I want my s**t as close to perfect from design to make manufacturing as possible.So...I stepped back with posting and telling myself. If it takes 2 weeks or w months... None of that matters in the big picture. Who gives a fu.. of it comes out in December, January, February. What matters is when you drop any car of any scale be happy with it.

THEN make sure you can mass produce your work consistently quality wise and pump it out fast!! Sell to race teams that resell your product, you gotta be consistent, every car good and bang those jobs so they have their products to sell.

So besides designing and creating a car equally important thay all my cars look great but we can produce at a high level and thats also built into my cars

My cars are not model cars, not toy cars, its what ever you want. Lol. It looks great sitting on your shelf or if your son, daughter, grand kid gets tired of looking at it on a shelf and actually wants to play with it,go ahead, play with it.
As I said I design everything we sell so I dont have to produce what someone else designed for 1 certain. I build what people need. A car with no title of a model car or a toy car.
I dont give a sh.. lol.lol.
Call it or use it how ever you want...Its can take it and still look good!!
You can see I used my su glasses and key board to show you really how small this car really is and the detail I am carving into this 3D block.
This is not final but close to one of our new cars we are releasing all at once. Let's say this is one of 10

One my drafts, not perfect but you can get the idea

I heard the wind blowing hard, small branches hitting the shop roof and then I heard thunder!! I stepped out on the back deck and holy cow its a nasty night out here! You see our deck sign, you gotta have strict deck rules! I shut everything down in the shop and retreated to the living room to work on designing more race team orders for the holidays and watch some SDS races from the mid 90s at Rolling Wheels and Brewerton. I got my Christmas spirt going at 2am. Jennifer was decorating the Saturday after Thanksgiving and I suggested, if you wanna skip the tree this year,Im good with this.lol. I didn't have to convince her, first year without a tree, this might be a new tradition. Lol.

I enjoy all eras of dirt modifieds, but I really loved the 80s—the way the cars looked, the drivers, and how more guys traveled to big events back then. I’m not diving into the reasons for changes now, lol. We still have great drivers traveling, so that’s not my point. But back in the day, a 100-lap race at Ransomville with Billy Pauch, Kenny Brightbill, Horton from NJ, and the Fonda pack of Johnson, Lape, and Lazzaro was something special along with my favorites of AJ and the Doctor, Barefoot Plazek and more. For me, it was the golden era.
My dad, my brother, and I shared so many great times, and I wish they were both still here with me. Now, when I’m designing, I play those races in the background, catching glimpses that bring back wonderful memories. When I come across some good ones, I share them here for anyone interested.

CLEARANCE PAGE
We have a bunch of cars left over from when we were vending at SDW over the years, with only one or two copies of each. They’re all ready to ship. This morning, Jennifer and I decided to create a Clearance Page with some great sale prices and see what sells. Otherwise, they’ll just sit here for years until someone orders one—or they never sell at all, lol. Personally, if something I’m interested in is on sale or clearance, I’ll scroll through to see what’s being sold off, and I usually find something I like but didn’t quite need enough to pay full price. At a discounted price, though? Yeah, I’ll buy it.
Once the copies of a certain car are sold, they will be removed.
The sale is just on anything that is already made, and we can box and ship.
We will leave the page open until it is empty. So if you do see something, not trying to push you to buy but just saying, there may be only 1 copy and once someone buys it, that's it
Thank all of you guys as always!!
Rob and Jennifer
PS Any car any one has purchased with the last month or so, any extra copies of the car you purchased we did not list on this page. I wouldn't want anyone being upset about something like and we respect everyone. So don't worry we would not do that to anyone

I have another really cool video find, along with the YouTube page that hosts many great videos from the past. Here’s Weedsport 1972, featuring Cagle, Kneisel, Lape, Jack Johnson, Harry Peek, and many more.
Speaking of Weedsport, one thing that bothered me this year is hearing so many people over the years complain about the track surface. They built this state-of-the-art facility, but the surface is terrible. It feels like they care more about all the fluff than actually maintaining the track.
It’s all nonsense because they have no idea how much work, money, and effort went into improving it, and the team never stopped working on it. This year brought another new surface, all new clay again, and wow—it made for some incredible racing!
Every race they used the entire track, from the inner barrier all the way to the top!
I’ve heard complaints about the 2024 WoO show, but what about this year’s event? That was the best WoO race that I can remember there. I understand everyone has the right to share their opinions, but it often ends up being a one-sided review, not just for Weedsport but for any track.
If things aren’t up to par, you can bet you’re going to hear about it. But when things go well, I hear nothing. How about saying, “Thank you! You didn’t give up, your hard work paid off, and you made the racing so enjoyable for all of us! Can’t wait for your next race!” I’ve heard some say that, when a place gets shredded online, it’s because they care… lol. Well, if that’s true, why only post the negative and not the positive? If you care, wouldn’t you want to share the positives too? I’ll leave it at that.

I was on my personal page where I have hundreds and hundreds or racing photos I have shot/ I was looking for a photo to send to a driver asking me if I had a few and this old post from Selinsgrove 2019 batch of phots I seen. Look at the racetrack conditions, It's a feature during daylight and look at the multi groove racing through the photos. And these are just from the feature ...Crazy how good it was.

Since I’ve already publicly announced this exciting new addition for the business, I might as well share that, for the first time in many years, we will not be participating in Super Dirt Week this year. I’m deeply invested in this project and getting closer to seeing some results. The amount of time and effort needed to prepare for SDW is insane. Last year, I started preparing alongside our regular work right after the 4th of July. From July 5th onward, I worked every day, including most nights, up until and through SDW. It was a tough decision, but we came up with a solid game plan, so we won’t completely miss it.

We’ve built a great relationship with the folks at the Dirt Motorsports Hall of Fame. They’ve been carrying our products for the last two years, and during that time, we’ve formed some really good friendships. It’s an organization that does so much for the sport we all love. We arranged to provide them with extra products beyond their inventory and will donate 30% of every sale to the Hall of Fame. They will handle all the sales, so we won’t be involved, ensuring the sales numbers are legitimate.

I’ll still be at SDW and, for the first time in many years, I’ll be able to just shoot photos, walk around, and take in the event—something I’ve really missed doing. At the same time, I can keep working on this new project right up until SDW. I haven’t personally wrapped a car in over two years. Jennifer took over wrapping all the cars a while ago so I could focus on moving the business forward and handling the design work. She’s already been wrapping cars for the Hall of Fame.
