We also have very good wide relationships with the car dealerships helping them resolve so many of the challenges of these special cars, since even the dealers do not always have the experience, specialties, and the tools for a lot of jobs in this field. Unbelievable Fraud! Hiding check engine light and some other warning lights just to sell the car and scam the buyer!

Buying a car is a big challenge when it comes to a used car! On the other hand, buying a new car is a super challenge when it comes to an expensive investment; high loss once you leave the dealership and put the first mile on it! High interest rate, expensive insurance, and expensive maintenance after the first 30K miles… etc., especially these days!

Today's case is for
a lady that bought a car that looks good! Since there is “NO” check engine light or any other
warning lights!

The Details: The lady came with a check hybrid system message on the dashboard! We figured out that there was no engine coolant! And the car does not have a check engine light!

We did our diagnosis and found:
Blown head gasket “actually bad engine”- the engine was not shaking "misfiring" since the coolant was super low "they emptied the coolant on purpose!.
The car has an aftermarket catalytic converter.

Our question for the customer was: haven't you noticed any warning light?
Customer: No, I just bought this car 10 days ago! Everything looks good!
We asked: who did smog the car for you?
Customer: the people that sold the car gave it to me ready for registration!

We told her there is a big problem, how the car does not show a check engine light or the other warning light! In fact, there were some codes on the ECU of the engine.

We disassembled the dashboard and found that: the stealers took off “unwelded” the LED warning lights from the cluster board, so the warning lights would never come on! Wow, WT* !!

No conscience, no honesty, no karma belief, and No humanity at all.
How come they spend all of this effort and knowledge to cheat someone that is looking for a car to save money! I have a lot of things to say but I'm really shocked about it!

Our advice is to take it for a specialist for a pre purchase inspection;
All the warning lights are working properly.
The car is ready for smog and emission, even if you have the smog paper with you.
The car is good mechanically and electrically and safe to drive.

Mice issue:
Mice issues are a very common expensive frustration issue!
A mouse can damage the car by eating, and damaging the wires as well as other plastic/ rubber components. Sometimes that can lead to total damage to the car, make fires, lead to expensive repairs and more! In “King of Hybrid & EV Auto Repair” we have dealt with a lot of cases to help our customers in this regard.

The mice can make damages outside the driver compartment, but sometimes it can reach inside the car and make a mess in the dashboard wiring and in the hybrid battery and more.
We always advise our customers not to keep food inside their cars, and to keep it clean, also to keep the car in a place that is not a potential area for mice or squirrels. And always please keep your house equipped with pest control equipment and materials.

Finally, always make sure the cabin air filter is new, clean and installed well, unfortunately that is an area where the mouse loves to access, sleep and enjoy leaving its waste, where the driver starts breathing all of this poison and bad smell. Mice also can access the driver compartment through this weak point and start the damage journey which is going to cost you, fear, time and money.

Position Summary
The Lead Technician position requires talent and technical expertise in diagnosing vehicle operation and electrical systems, while also utilizing leadership and coaching skills to inspire a team to deliver better customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities (include But Not Limited To):
*Perform scheduled maintenance and preventive services.
*Perform inspections.
*Tune ups
*Electrical system experience is a plus
*Diagnosis of brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
*Road test vehicles
*Coordinate with the team and follow the schedule
*Small four cylinder Engine Rebuild, and head jobs.
*Familiar with All data or Michel on demand, or any other repair platform is a plus
*Tesla experience is a Plus.
*Supervision, or management skills and experience is a plus.
*Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.

As a key member, you will learn and develop key skills in vehicle diagnostics, repair and maintenance.
