TRANSPARENCY MATTERS — ESPECIALLY WHEN OTHER BUSINESSES ARE BEING BROUGHT INTO A DISPUTE THEY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH.
This video addresses the situation involving our PeelClear project with Jennifer and provides the communication surrounding the job so people can see the context for themselves.
Today, we became aware that concerns regarding this project were being directed toward other businesses and products — including MT505, whose product was purchased for the interior coating. To be clear: those businesses did not perform the PeelClear work, and they did not perform the window tint being discussed.
The vehicle work at issue was performed at the spray facility we were utilizing at a collision center.
Rather than arguing through accusations online, we believe documentation is the best way to provide context.
In this video, I explain the timeline and show the relevant text-message communication so viewers can see what was communicated throughout the process and reach their own conclusions.
We have intentionally removed identifying information. No last name, phone number, address, photographs, or other personal identifying information is being displayed. Only the client’s first name appears where necessary to provide context.
This isn’t about asking anyone to attack, contact, review, or harass a client. Do not contact anyone involved.
It’s about protecting uninvolved businesses from being pulled into a dispute and giving our current and future clients transparency into how we communicate when a project doesn’t go according to plan.
We will stand behind what we actually did, what we actually communicated, and what our records show.
Receipts matter. Context matters. Transparency matters.
