While Dave is out doing proper work ✈️ a bit of time to crack on with the 65’ Chevy C10. In 1965 this truck rolled out of the Norwood, California production line and sold to its first and only owner. I bought the truck in Seattle, Washington after he retired from the police force in San Jose, as can been seen by the evidence found under the seat! It now has a small block 350 V8, but probably replaced back in the 70/80’s, most likely about the same time it had a white budget paint job. Now back in her original Chevrolet ‘Light Green’ albeit still with original dents and dings (it took 55 years to collect them) it will get a rub down with 1200 grit to remove any last shine and get a coat of Ankor wax to give it that ‘used’ look. Interesting fact - The original number plate in the picture would have most likely been made in Folsom prison back in ‘65!
