Knocked out the horizontal in about 4.5 hours up to the point of riveting skins.

I opted to use solid AD rivets where it was appropriate and easy to buck. I’ve been bucking and squeezing solid rivets for years and I prefer them. I primed spars with SEM black single part primer.

Everything fit perfectly. Zero issues.

Episode 2 - forming the rudder skins. A different approach.

I wanted to come up with an easy way to form the rudder skin leading edges by myself without a helper. This is what I did. It worked great!
