As some of you may know, I’ve been working on my CAD / 3D scanning, 3D modeling and 3D printing skills this year. It’s a skill I’ve put many hours into learning and would like to continue growing.

With that said, I would like to extend this service to my current and future customers. If there is something small or big you’d like to make together, feel free to reach out.

Disclaimer: I wouldn’t call myself a professional. However I’m always up front on my skill level and ability to complete a project.

Radiator cooling panels

Products can be 3D printed in plastic or made into and alloy.

S14 with LS7 exhaust I made a few weeks ago. Unfortunately ended up being a little to loud then expected for the customer. We will be adding mufflers in the future!

The air box I made for Kelly Williams. I had to change a couple things last minute. There’s definitely room for improvement here but still 100 functional.

Everything can always be better. Nothing is perfect.

This year I’ve made it a point to step up my CAD. Far from a professional still but I get by!

Coolant overflow and Catch can built off scans.

Titanium and stainless steel job from a couple weeks ago.

Made this little custom intake manifold for a customer.
Started by scanning the original intake manifold.
Designed the fl**ges and tooling in CAD.
3d printed some fl**ges to confirm fitment.
3d printed some tooling for assembly.
Sent the files of the fl**ged and tooling to be cut and then put it all together.

I machined the injector ports and fuel rail ports to accept his current injectors + IAT b**g.

Ps it’s a for a Honda kei car engine. Super random and unique!

Fixed curb rash on some wheels.

Tial BOV fl**ge on tubing.

Got the chance to work on not one but two G bodies in the span of about a week! Both LS swapped!

Quick down pipe and side exit exhaust. Re did the upper charge piping. Customer will be back for the wastegate dump also.
