The old stock turbo on the car was a bit smaller, and has been on the car for 7 years of abuse. It's about time for some fresh bearings and seals and a bit more CFM!

Gridlife Gold Pass went on sale today, and we went in on another 5 event season to chase the championship for 2021 in the #55 Evo 9! More upgrades to the car are in the works for this year, encompassing a next-step development package of more power, more mechanical grip, and less weight. Plenty of work to do between here and June!

Finished the day in 2nd by a couple seconds, and only got one dry session today. I pushed the car pretty hard for it too, and I'm ending the day 5 tenths off my best from last year. Tomorrow should bring some very good track conditions to try to shave time and bring the fight to 1st. Telemetry versus last year is showing an additional 2+ seconds still on the table, so tomorrow I'll focus on better braking zones and cleaning up my lines, along with trusting the additional grip we've built into the car over the past year. This car can absolutely fly here, but it's up to me to make it happen... Only 3 sessions left. No pressure.

As the sun sets on day 2 of competition at Alpine Horizon, I've managed to position myself in 1st by a few tenths of a second! The car feels amazing, these new RT660s are the absolute truth, and Street class is now officially in the 1:02s at . One more good session left tomorrow morning to see if I can hold this lead and further improve my lap times!

I just picked the car up from and man, this half cage is something else. The workmanship is top notch and and the attention to detail is incredible. I'm so happy with the end result and the quick turn around time so the car can go to its next prep appointment. Thanks again, Artsem!

As the sun sets on day 1 of the finals at , I'd like to point out that the new lip lasted a full day of competition.

came through with some new Hawk DTC60 brake pads for me with his late arrival, which allowed me to enter these high speed braking zones with confidence and shave serious time off my laps.

As a result, you're looking at what is currently an AWD 1-2 in Street Class. I'm leading by just under half a second, with coming in what is certainly a close 2nd. Being the first time here, that means I'm not only holding a Street AWD record, but also the Street overall record! We'll see tomorrow if I can hold on to it!

There are a TON of higher speed corners here at . Brought some factory aero goodies along and after one session we're giving them a go! Vortex generator on the roof and gurney flap on the wing!

The brake pads are a bit low so turning consecutive laps results in reduced response with all the high speed braking zones. Gonna try to source some pads if I can!

Passenger side is converted to a steel shell, driver side is up next after I can get the spring collars off the failed unit. So close to being back on the ground! HUGE HUGE thanks to for taking care of this crazy failure and getting the parts out in time for Finals at next weekend. This isn't a situation anyone wants to experience, but it's all coming together thanks to their support.

I have some wiring to repair at that corner as well (speed sensor, raise your hand if you're surprised at this point) and eventually the turn signal wiring that got torn out and is shorted, but hey, it's not much of a street car anymore so the latter can wait.
