See those deep grooves? That happens when you have metal-on-metal contact over a long period of time.

At this point:
💸 Rotors = DONE
💸 Pads = GONE
💰Repair bill = way higher than it needed to be

But the real problem is that your car wasn’t stopping the way it should which is a safety concern, not only for you but others on the road.

Not only is it expensive but it’s dangerous too!

Squeaking when braking can be a warning.
But grinding means damage is already done! 😢

Something I see almost every day as a service advisor:

A customer approves hundreds of dollars worth of repairs and later find out only one item was urgent. While the rest of the recommendations could have waited months.

This isn’t always the shop’s fault — sometimes the explanation just isn’t clear.

doesn’t mean it needs to be done right now either.

There’s a huge difference between:

‼️Urgent, ⚠️ Soon, and 👀 Monitor.

Most inspections don’t explain the difference clearly.

That’s where I help people avoid wasting money!

So, the shop just told you your car needs new control arms... But, what does that exactly mean? 🤔

Control arm bushings are rubber mounts that keep your suspension stable. When they start cracking or separating, you might notice:
• Uneven tire tread wear 🛞
• Clunking when going over bumps 💥
• Steering that feels loose 🫨
