One of Blackwell Classics custom creations was recently sold at the 2024 Fall Barrett Jackson auction in Scottsdale ,Arizona.The car was owned by Gary and Mary Riley.This car was prepared by Tom Blackwell over the course of several years.
A custom 1966 Chevrolet II Nova is powered by a Chevrolet 502ci 8-cylinder engine paired with a 700R4 automatic transmission and a Ford 9-inch 3.90-gear rear end with posi-traction.
This car is equipped with a 3"exhaust and rides on Billet Specialties wheels. The exterior has stainless-steel and chrome accents and is fitted with billet hood hinges and custom stainless-steel covers that cover the existing trunk hinges.
The battery and fuel cell are in the trunk. The interior is completely custom.The car has a Flaming River tilt steering column and features custom white and blue Ultraleather upholstery.
