The bias current in plasma cutting
is a purge function to ensure air flows through the tip to create a charged plasma stream and achieve clean cuts.
The afterflow is mainly used for cooling. The longer you cut thicker metal at high amperage, the more backflow is required to dissipate the heat. (Recommended air pressure: 58-72 PSI.)
Maximum gap thickness: 15/32″ (12mm) at 220V at 40A, Clean cut: 25/64″ (10mm) at 220V at 40A .
Optional unit system: Imperial and metric measurement systems are used.
The exceptional DC stick welding ensures excellent welding and welding properties. The integrated hot start and arc force enable welding with the E7018 and E6011 as well as E6010 cellulose electrodes. 13/16″ (5mm) at 220V.

Unfortunately we must inform everyone in the Upper Hanover area we are unable to have our monthly yard waste collection due to the Spotted Lanternfly infestation that is currently plaguing the area. We are unsure as to when we will be able to continue our collection, and will keep everyone informed as we learn more from the PA Department of Agriculture.
