Check your F150s for oil leaks. Ford plastic oil pans utilized an RTV gasket that was prone to leaking. After a few years they recognized the problem and updated the oil pan with an integrated rubber gasket. Problems like this remind me why we are angry with engineers. If the updated oil pan was used in the first place this problem may not have ever happened
