Credit from - Reposted In 2012, BMW turned the F10 M5 into a literal speeding bullet. The car blasts out of a tunnel designed like the barrel of a gun before racing across Utah’s Bonneville Salt Flats in extreme slow motion, smashing through a giant glass apple, slicing through three water-filled balloons and finally hitting a target dead center.
The craziest part? The commercial, titled “High Performance Art,” used a combination of real high-speed footage and CGI to create the seemingly impossible shots. The extreme slow-motion footage was captured at up to 1,200 frames per second.
