Here are 3 marine water pump impellers at various levels of failure
The ones on the top and bottom left were not pumping any water at all, the one on the bottom right was pumping about 50% of a new one.
Most manufactures recommend replacing the impeller every 100 hours or every season.
If you can’t remember the last time you replaced yours you are probably overdue for one.
