🌟 Employee Spotlight: Isaiah Nash 🌟
This month, we're excited to introduce one of the newest faces on our sales team, Isaiah Nash!
Isaiah joined Young in October 2025, starting in our Sales BDC department where he handled internet and phone leads. After spending some time learning the ins and outs of the dealership and assisting our sales specialists, he quickly worked his way onto the sales floor and officially began his role as a Sales Specialist this month.
Before joining Young, Isaiah worked as a private contractor installing equipment on bucket trucks for Charter Communications and previously worked in marketing with AZEE Branding Agency. Both experiences helped him discover what he enjoys most—working directly with people and helping them find solutions that fit their needs.
What sets Isaiah apart? He doesn't give up. When a customer is searching for a specific vehicle, he'll search inventory across our sister stores, monitor incoming vehicles, and stay in constant communication to help find exactly what they're looking for.
One of his proudest moments so far was making his first sale during his very first week on the sales floor. A customer came in considering a used vehicle, and Isaiah was able to help him drive home in a brand-new Chevy Trailblazer while staying within the same budget.
Outside of work, Isaiah enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Detroit Pistons, and attending games with his dad and brothers. He's also actively involved in his church through children's ministry and mission trips. Fun fact: Isaiah spent time living in Japan during a mission trip and internship.
When asked what motivates him each day, Isaiah shared: "I just like helping people find the right fit and making sure they leave feeling good about their decision."
