Restoring or preserving an old Jeep is quite the task. Knowing where to began and how to tackle the project can be a daunting task. Countless hours flipping through the parts manual and through catalogs figuring out what’s need can be exhausting. We do a lot consulting with many restoration shops and for some of our customers steering them in the direction as to which project to tackle next. Taking this into account, we started to develop a number of seamless kits to do a quality restoration or preservation without the hassle. This means choosing parts that have been known to be reliable and meet our standards or quality and reliability.We decided to stay steered clear of manufacturers that have a proven track record of inconsistency and fall short of safety and reliability. With the help of many jeep veterans and their input. This is our starting line up of comprehensive kits to get the job done the first time.

A new summer soft top, I had to mock up a set of bows for it. Monday I'll be welding up a new set. I am proud to say rebuilt this M38 from the ground up myself, using 5 doner jeeps. I used a new nos 1950 frame, rebuilt the drivetrain, I also did all the fabrication, bodywork and paint job. All the stencils and numbers I hand made. All the numbers down to the unit and squad are the original numbers from 1950

One thing a day is my way of not overthinking this rebuild, as long as I can cross off one thing from my to do list everyday it will be finished in no time. The smaller problems take more time in the end. Yesterday afternoon Vic and I rebuilt the Carter 637s carb, now she runs smoothly.
