Drive shaft seals leaking?
Now have available reman'd slip yokes for the driveshaft into the transmission output shaft, and the companion fl**ge into the pinion shaft on the front axle. These have been steel shot blasted and have a new hardened steel sleeve pressed on. Sleeve is much harder than original material and will last much longer. Slip yokes have a new expansion plug and new flinger installed. Slip yoke will require a different seal in the transmission. Slip yokes are $75, companion fl**ges are $55 and special seal for slip yoke is $15.88. And in case you need new U-Joints, they are $35 NOS

Spark Plug Socket for 2 Cylinder Engines.
Have in stock a socket for the 2 cylinder spark plugs. Diameter is small enough to fit thru the shroud and into the head. Has 3/8" square drive plus external hex and knurling for your fingers. Socket sets plug at correct depth with the hex and has internal magnet. $39.95 new. Note - this socket will not work for 4 cylinder spark plugs.

Fuel tank accessories:
Aftermarket cap $12.16. Complete pickup assembly, made from all stainless and brass with replaceable element that can be obtained from any auto parts store $95. Pickup assembly gasket made from Viton (impervious to just about everything) $9.50. Gasket with 8 MS screws $12. Tank mounting kit $18.50.

Fuel tanks are back in stock. These are repro's of original tanks but made from 1/8" thick aluminum with the mounting area doubled. They use the same cap, same mounting hardware and same pickup assembly, all of which are available separately. Due to rising prices I did have to have a price adjustment from the last batch, so typical these days. Current price is $481.50. Due to the extensive lengths I have to go thru to package these properly for shipment, I will make a concession, if you pick the tank up in person or I deliver to you in person (such as at a show) will will take off $25. Stay tuned for next post that will show all the accessories that go with the tanks. Call or email to order or discuss.

Column mounted switch box. Made up steering column mounted switch boxes, same size as the ones used on the TOW mules. A few improvements, the corners are closed so the internals do not get wet, added a bottom cover with 1/2" knockout, front panel is laid out for a key switch and clamp system is more rugged than the original. Box kit includes the box, U bolt, saddle clamp and bottom cover with all hardware. Also available is a key switch with cut brass key meant for a magneto. Note, you can get a key switch from anywhere, but it must be a switch meant for a magneto. Also available is a plastic conduit kit that connects to the knockout hole in the bottom. Box kit is $35, key switch (Cole-Hersey) is $34, conduit kit is $15.

Just came in, repro air cleaner service decals for mules with Hercules 2 cylinder engines. Silver on black mylar with PSA on back. $4 each new. Also have earlier black on silver decals.

Carburetor Fuel T's. I have these unique brass fittings in stock new. Not a catalog item from anyone, I make them here. 1/8" SAE flare with a 0.035" or***ce on one end and a 3/16" SAE flare on the other with a 1/8"NPT on the side. In stock $24 each new.

Tr**ny getting harder and harder to shift? Very likely it's the poppet balls wearing an oblong hole in the housing such that for the ball to go up to release the rod it has to move in the reverse direction that the rod is moving causing binding which can get so bad that you can't shift anymore. Of course there can be other reasons for hard shifting but this seems to be the main one. This modified poppet kit should solve the issue. Comes with new modified cap, new spring (same as original) and elongated poppet. Cost is $15 per kit.
[ unfortunately if you have an early -A0 or -A3 transmission with only two poppet plugs, I have no option to do this fix on the 2-3 shift rod at this time. ]

Hub nuts and lift rings, having trouble keeping the nuts on and keeping the rings from leaking? Well here you go. Just finished another batch of new hub nuts for all mules other than -A0 or -A3.
And finished up a batch of reman'd lift rings. They've been steel shot blasted, both o-ring holes bored out and new steel sleeves pressed in, should last many times longer than the original cast iron.
Hub nuts are $17.50 new. Lift rings are $40 reman'd
