In case I missed talking to any of you recently, I will be away for a much anticipated vacation next week beginning December 6. I will be back on the road the end of the following week. If you need me for anything text me, I will get the message.

Today I learned of the loss of a good friend and longtime member of the BW TOOLS family. Covid-19 took him from his family and friends way too early! Stay safe my friends, do all that you can to protect yourself and your loved ones, you never know if you are at risk.

Friends of BW Tools. I hope this post finds you and your families well. Things here at home base in Norwood are illness free. May it continue to be so. That said, we all need to continue to do our part in containing this terrible virus. For that reason, I will be hunkering down here, and working on tidying up and improving operations in full expectation of resuming mobile business in the not-too-distant future.

I realize that we are involved in an essential part of the economic chain. In fact, I too have my "essential employee" exception letter, and I have the ability to get product to you. This includes dropping product off, and even arranging direct shipment to you from the warehouse. If you have an urgent need, call or text and I will do what I can to meet your needs.

I will be making weekly collections for those purchases that you all already have in your possession. Many of you are already enrolled in our automatic collection plan using your debit or credit cards, and for that I thank you. I encourage you all to get on board as it makes your weekly payments quick, regular, and easy. For those of you who make your weekly payments in person, if you haven't heard from me yet, I am asking you to contact me to facilitate payment. I personally depend on your timely payment for my own paycheck.

I hope that this shutdown will be short and we can resume our lives as normally and as quickly as possible.

I wish you all good health and I will see you on the other end.

Friends of BW Tools. As many of you know, I have been on vacation, planning to return to work tomorrow. Unfortunately, due to the weather, our return flight was cancelled and re-scheduling has been difficult. As of right now, we hope to be home on Tuesday and back to work on Wednesday.
