From P3 Bronze to P3 Silver in one year.
DRiV celebrated a proud moment for our G+ plant and, above all, the people who made it possible.
At DRiV, we talk about making bold moves. At G+, that means showing up every day, taking ownership, supporting one another, and continuing to raise the bar.
Moving from Bronze to Silver in less than one year shows what is possible when a team works together with purpose.
P3 stands for People, Performance, and Pride, and this achievement is a great example of all three in action. This milestone belongs to the whole G+ team.
As Olivier Seneca, VPGM DRiV Europe, and Thomas Vandael, Executive Director Supply Chain & Manufacturing EMEA shared during the celebration, “Silver is a real achievement. And it shows what this team is capable of. Game on!”
Plant Manager Aleksander Kuczera echoed that pride, saying, “I’m proud of what this team has achieved. Reaching P3 Silver is a reflection of your hard work, your commitment to one another, and the pride you bring to the job every day.”
