KSR Single turbo kit 3.3T
I have been receiving a lot of emails and messages about the stinger development, so I figured i would make a post.
We currently have 2 Stingers in house for r&d. Corey and Bills. Corey's build is a single turbo twin scroll setup vs. Bill's twin turbo setup option. We will be offering both options with tuning as well for the platform. But also doing r&d to see the differences between the 2 options.
The twin turbo option, while being more expensive, will give options for running with existing exhaust systems as the primary downpipes for this kit will be included. But back pressure will be an issue, so we definitely reccomend to go with larger diameter exhaust systems. Also, the twin turbo kit we are offering will limit the amount of modifications needed to run them, like coolant lines, etc. Everything we make, I attempt to make it so the whole car can be upgraded in stages without having to re buy parts or redo a lot of your investment.
For Corey's big turbo kit. The car is running and finished. We are working on tuning options and dialing it in. I believe these cars have massive potential and can be monsters. Hard parts are verified and working.
That being said, the new items coming out are KSR internals and engine build packages, tuning options for engine and trans (factory ecu), and motec stuff.
Camshafts for the 2.0t, 2.5t, and 3.3t platforms if there is enough community interest. Aux fueling setups, transmission upgrades, and true 3in primary cats for stock turbo cars.
I'm open to any questions. The community may have about these items. Once the r&d phase is over, these items will go to their regular costs.
