Another update from Lew’s...
The plan at this point is to resume motor vehicle testing tomorrow April 17th.

We have been in continued communication with the state and Applus, the company that manages the vehicle inspection program and we have every indication the the program will resume tomorrow morning....

They have visited our location and completed a comprehensive test on our work station to ensure that it is scrubbed from any potential malware.

We are looking forward to getting up and running and will be working EXTENDED HOURS this Saturday and Sunday once the system come back on line.

Thanks for your patience and we look forward to once again conducting vehicle inspections

Motor Vehicle Inspection UPDATE:
Just wanted to take a minute and provide an update regarding Massachusetts motor vehicle inspections. We attended a call earlier today, and was informed that the state is making progress in restoring the system. The tentative plan at the moment is to have the system back on line, Monday, April 12. While this is the goal, the state will make a determination on Sunday. We will do our best to continue to provide updates as we receive them. Once the system goes live, we will resume doing vehicle inspections and offer extended hours for vehicle inspections. Feel free to post any questions on this forum and we will do our best to respond.
