In order to supplement the growth we need an additional EXPERIENCED technician to help handle the work load. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or independent franchise setting. Experience with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and or GM preferred. This is a flat rate position, flat rate hourly pay will be based on experience and certifications. Meet and greet customers, perform thorough write up of customer concerns, sell NEEDED services, take ownership of each customer you write up to include: keep customer informed of repair progress, be honest and up front with repair time frames, generate repair orders using Dealer Track and Wi advisor, schedule appointments, dispatch work to appropriate tech, book repair orders.
