As Audio In Reach continues to grow, I want to introduce someone who has been working behind the scenes with me for the past year.

Meet Jared Fellows

He brings a unique background to the team, with several years of experience as a car audio installer as well as professional experience as a manufacturing engineer. Jared was designing parts for his own installs years before CAD became mainstream in car audio, and his decade of design experience was clear to me from the first project he tackled.

Car audio fabrication is becoming increasingly intertwined with 3D scanning, CAD, precision manufacturing, and engineering. Having someone else on the team who understands all of these domains at an expert level has been incredibly valuable.

Like the rest of us, Jared is a true sound quality enthusiast. At the end of the day, we all do this for the love of enjoying good music on our hard-earned sound systems.

It takes a certain kind of person to care enough to excel at the unique and challenging work that we do. It’s this attitude, combined with his experience and skill, that makes me happy to welcome him as a full-time member of our team.

Hello everyone. We want to present the full system walkthrough for this Mercedes S class that we've completed. This is the official demo vehicle for our friends at
Karma Mobile Audio, featuring their flagship speaker lineup, as well as top-tier processing and amplification from Brax, Helix, Match by Audiotec Fischer.

This build is an OEM-plus style audio system made to highlight the capabilities of the Karma Mobile Audio speakers. System component breakdown:

Sources: NAVTV ZEN M + RME ADI-2 Pro
Processing: BRAX DSP with digital output cards via coaxial
Amplification: (2) BRAX MX4 Pro (L and R configuration) + (2) BRAX IPC2000000 μF
Tweeters: Karma Allure 1 in A-pillars
Midrange: Karma Inspire 3 in sealed dash enclosures
Midbass: Karma Aspect 6x9 in OEM firewall location
Subwoofers: (2) ScanSpeak 32W/4878T
Sound treatment: ResoNix Sound Solutions
