It’s normal for one to seek comfort and try to be in a sustainable habitat so they can just live comfortably. I question what it means to live and I also question what comfort has hiding in the shadows. So I joined not because it’s the most convenient gym but it because it’s the gym that I need to go to to achieve greatness of of my comfort zone. Thank you for not giving me directions to get here so that I could experience discomfort and find my way to greatness. 🙏🏽

I am blessed to be able to have The “Signature Breakfast” of my childhood prepared by the One and Only” Daniel Matallana For those that really know me my father used to work 8 days a week to provide my family and Myself more than exceptional childhood. What people don’t know is that my father came from 🇨🇴 to 🇺🇸 at 17 years old. My father was young when he arrived but was not your usual teenager. The eldest of 4 siblings he was tasked with parental duties the minute he was able to talk. Living in a third world country with 3 siblings and parents that where not around he began to do what many of us stop doing when they are faced with a challenge and that is to dream. A Dream to change his family’s destiny and it started with the big move to 🇺🇸. When he arrived his first challenge was learning a new language. He could’ve befriended fellow native Spanish speakers and got by, but that was not part of his dream. Fast forward a few year later he brought his mother and 3 siblings to live with him in a small apartment in Manhattan. He put them through school and signed them up for English classes so that they would be able to work and start their lives in the NYC. My father never gave up even when the going got tough he would not could not give up he swore up and down that he would change his family name, and he did. 57 years later 4 children later, 7 nieces, and 1 nephew. My sister graduated valedictorian of her college I have several cousins with college degrees, houses, career jobs and successful businesses. My father did the imposible, he completed his journey. 74 years young I am so greatful that I can be with him and celebrate all he’s done for us. One of the millions of things you tought me and continue to teach me is to the best man you can be. The part I love most about you is that you never asked anyone for anything in return. I’ve always loved you dad although we had our differences in the past I realized that your a truly are the greatest man in the world. You are my hero and I look forward to the challenge of filling the shoes that you leave for me.
