Behind the scenes at CVF Racing 👀

The crew has been hard at work in our new Engineering & R&D facility developing new billet hood hinge applications and other new products. This Dodge D100 is the latest project in the shop.

From 3D-scanning to prototype mockups to final production testing, everything starts right here. We’re expanding our lineup and bringing more direct fit billet hood hinges to platforms that deserve better options.

A lot goes into developing new products, and we’re excited to give you guys a look at the process.

Tech Tip Tuesday!
When accessorizing your Chevy LS engine, knowing which generation you have is important. Gen III, Gen IV, and Gen IV with VVT all have differences that affect how components bolt up.

A lot of LS engines these days are junkyard or marketplace finds with a lot of unknowns, but one of the quickest ways to identify what you have is by looking at the timing cover.

At CVF Racing, we offer serpentine systems for all 3 LS variations, along with valley covers and other billet accessories for both Gen III and Gen IV applications. Knowing what you’re working with before ordering parts can save a lot of headaches during your build.
