Happy Wednesday everybody , it’s Natalie here .

“The one and only” that handles all the phone calls and appointments.

I did want to just let everybody know that when you get our voicemail or a text that says to please call us back after we open , please do !!
When the phones are transferred nothing comes through.

If you don’t hear from me within a day, than that definitely means the phones were crazy and it was missed so please always try again .

I did have someone message me that I never contacted them but they called 10 days earlier when we were closed.  You will never not hear from me if I see the voicemail or text !

Some people may want to not text and I understand that. I will try to call people back as I can, but if you’ve been using us, you know I can get you set an appointment through text immediately and then I have all of the information in our phone log about About issues, etc.

Thank you again for all the continued business. I just wanted to throw this out there as we are now in our crazy season just bear with us as we always do the best we can being just Wayne and I .
