This looks like a easy job! But in the wrong hands the history can terminate like this: Hey dear client your mirror got broken in the middle of the process! And after it the customer hate the mechanic but trust me my team and I we don’t want to break some, we hate commit mistakes and after something get broken or handle something in the wrong way we feel depressed and frustrated with ourselves because in my shop we spend a lot of time in training and classes online to offer our friends and clients a reliable service!

First time doing a transmission assembly in a Porsche vehicle.Only 140k miles and the transmission was not shifting between 4 and 5 gear we did swap the transmission for a used one and the repair was successful. Each quarter of oil $70 😅

Audi A8 with a suspensión problem after changing a front struts the level control system forget the coding
Because last tech try to relearn the system too many times so we did some adjustments, coding and adaptation to fix the issue and bring it back to the road.

W215 in this time with a bad EIS no turning to on position and we just clone it with another one used after writing EEPROM and flash and programming keys we did activate it and personalized and vehicle runs, this was a success operation we did it pretty quick because: a lot of training, experience and the right tools.

This vehicle has a intermittent issue with no control over the fuel injector: 5 6 and 7 only when the vehicle is cold
When it gets warm the engine computer takes control over the 3 fuel injectors but the vehicle is misfiring all the time when we stop at a stop light.

Intermittent problems are really hard to fix it because catch the problem in the moment when is happening sometimes is almost impossible, last shop did a deep tune up on this engine and vehicle still with same issues after a lot money already invested. But finally we found the problem now we are just waiting for the new engine control module to install and programming.

One common problem we always see in foreign vehicles is the electric pump or electric actuators in the cooling system in BMW the water pump kill the battery and VW suffers of PCM damage because shorts in the thermostat housing

2018 with a PCM in short circuit on the board and not taking control over throttle body, customer ask for replacement we did it and programmed it. Bad thing is after installation and programming engine still not running so custumer approved to start with our diagnostic and the end of the history is 5v reference on the gas pedal was not present because a shorter water pump we Lear a good lesson today! Never install a donor or new module with out check powers, grounds, inputs and outputs before.
