Here is the 1960 W 200 I've been working on. I brought this from southern California minus the engine, transmission and transfer case. The owner will install those parts. The truck had some issues as they all do such as, rusted front fenders, the incorrect 8 ft bed , poor prior bodywork and a late model Dana 60 dually axle. I was able to locate fenders and bedsides in Wisconsin. The fenders were from a wrecked D500 but they hadn't been cut off at the rear edge like most are. It took some time to bodywork the fenders but they turned out well.
The bedsides had the usual dings and dents but were not rusted through. The cab was decent except for the dents in the roof. The doors only needed minor work which was surprising. I replaced the rear axle with one on my parts stash. I did a brake job on both axles.
After hours of sanding I was able to prime the sheet metal. More sanding the sealer and paint. The color is Turf green which I've painted before on a Townwagon.
As with the body I blasted the chassis with my Dustless Blaster yesterday on my rotisserie. Ill be painting the chassis with KBS Rust Seal which is comparable to Por 15.
The owner had gathered an extensive collection of parts which will make assembly easier. We still need a number of parts to complete the truck. Thanks to everyone who follows my page.

I'm now working on a 1960 W200 for a customer. It's a pretty decent truck as far as the cab goes just minor dents I've worked out. Bondo Bob had first crack at it doing a pave job on the dents instead of doing simple hammer and dolly work. The bed was an 8 ft Utiline which is incorrect. The front fenders had the lower extensions chopped off. I located a bed and fenders in Wisconsin I brought back to Indiana. The bed is in nice shape, the fenders were wadded up and have typical rust. I was able to rough out the sheet metal before I could blast them. The weather moderated enough to blast the fenders, doors and a bedside. The underside of the front fenders were coated with road tar and asphalt. Scraping what I could the rest came off with my Dustless Blaster. I'm going finish the bodywork on the fenders so I can prime everything at once. I'm only doing the body and chassis as the owner has the engine, transfer case and transmission in California. I will have to swap out the late model Dana 60 dually rear axle. I'm hoping to blast the cab and other bedside before the cold weather shows up. Plenty of bodywork to do now that I have clean sheet metal to work with. Take a look at the pictures , comments welcome

Here is the current project we've been working on, a 1959 W300. I bought this truck in 09 in Northern Kentucky but I put on the backburner until last year when I sold it to the current owner. We've been restoring it for him. Follow the text with the pictures. I'll be following up with more pictures as we finish this project.

Our latest project is now at home in Georgia. 64 Dodge Townwagon that underwent an extensive restoration that is like none we've done before. From the 72 Dodge D100 front clip yielding PS, power disc brakes and independent suspension to a built poly 318 with a four barrel intake, Edelbrock carb and TTI headers. Backing it is an NV4500 5 speed transmission and a Dana 44 rear axle. Custom seats on a hickory floor, backup camera, Vintage Air air conditioning and heat. Aluminum rims, LED headlights with halos, Tube running boards and tinted power windows. Enjoy the pictures

This the latest addition to my collection an early 1958 Dodge W100 Power Wagon. I restored this truck 9 years ago for my friend Jerry Johnson who passed away January 16, 2022. It's a rare truck having a push button automatic transmission and 4 wheel drive. It's well optioned besides with a custom cab and a poly 315 V8. It's fun to drive . I miss Jerry as we enjoyed a number of road trips over the years.

I sent another project home yesterday to Iowa. This is a 1958 Dodge W100 with a short bed. The owner Dave Terry restored the chassis and installed a 315 cu in Hemi in place of the original 230 cu in flat head six. We rebuilt the cab and sheet metal which was in sad shape. We replaced the floor pans, the roof, top of the door jambs and rocker panels. The colors are Omaha Orange and Sand dune white as chosen by the owner. It's riding on 9:00 x 16 tires making it 7''4" tall. It has a factory winch also.
