🚨🦴 **WELL, RANGERS… WE'VE HIT ANOTHER SPEED BUMP!** 🤦‍♀️

Apparently, October decided we weren't having enough fun already! 😂

Unfortunately, Michael has officially joined the broken bones club with a **fractured tibia!** 😭

Yep, one-half of your RV Rescue Rangers repair team is now sporting a fancy new walking boot. Not exactly the kind of footwear upgrade we had planned!

All jokes aside, this is definitely going to throw a wrench into things for a little while. As most of you know, we're a small, veteran-owned, family-operated business, and Michael and I are the ones out there doing the repairs.

With Michael injured, we may need to make some adjustments to our schedule, particularly for repairs that require heavy lifting, climbing, or two technicians.

**We're NOT shutting down!** 💪🇺🇸

We're simply going to have to navigate things a little differently while Michael heals.

We ask for a little patience and understanding if appointments need to be adjusted or certain repairs take longer to schedule. We'll communicate directly with anyone whose appointment may be affected.

And don't worry… I'm pretty sure keeping Michael from trying to work through this injury is going to be a full-time job all by itself! 🙄🤣

We appreciate every single one of you who continues to support our little business through the good days, the crazy days, and apparently the broken-bone days!

RV Rescue Rangers isn't going anywhere. We're just temporarily operating with one Ranger down!

Alisha and Michael Hunter — Army and Marine Corps veterans, full-time RVers, and the husband-and-wife team behind RV Rescue Rangers. After years of service, we chose to keep serving — just with a different set of tools.

One of our most common service calls is exactly this — something isn't obviously broken, but it doesn't feel right. And 9 times out of 10, catching it early saves a significant amount of money.

Monday knowledge drop — your RV water heater 🚿

As we head deeper into fall, your water heater needs a little attention. Here's what to check:
🔹 Flush the tank to clear sediment buildup (yes, it builds up even in RVs)
🔹 Check the anode rod — replace if it's more than 2/3 corroded
🔹 Test the pressure relief valve
🔹 Inspect connections for any propane leaks
🔹 Listen for popping or rumbling on startup — that's sediment
