Night #1 of Fall Nationals… come up just a tick short.. Qualified p10 in our group out of 19 cars (36 cars total).. started p5 in the heat on a very very slick track.. With only the Top 4 transferring we were battling with 3rd and 4th for transfer spots and got into the wall and bent the J-bar and ended up p6. We had about enough time to throw some fuel in it and adjust the J-bar to get it somewhat close for the b-main.. rolled off p4 in B-main and ended up p5.. They gave 6 provisionals of UMP points and wouldn’t you know it we missed it by 1 spot.. 🫣

We are gonna regroup tonight and it’s checkers or wreckers! Pawpaw says we got all winter to fix it 🤣🤣

Thanks to Dad, Mom, Pawpaw, Uncle Nick, Gator, The May Family, The Comptons, The Boultons, anyone who chipped in to crew on this machine this year and help work on it!!

Thanks to all our great sponsors and our car owners! Absolutely none of this would be possible without you.

Stayed up late last night and got this one ready to race again this weekend for Tyler Smith racing to tackle the Tomlin 50. It was in really good shape to start so it took about $10 in parts to get it performing again! Good luck this weekend Tyler!
