CMA Fest Parking Update: We have ended our advance purchase of parking passes for CMA Fest. We will still have parking available to pay on the lot each night of the Nissan Stadium concerts.

CMAFest parking near Nissan Stadium: $30 per day / $100 for the entire CMAFest! Now available for pre purchase!

We are three blocks from the stadium gates. Guaranteed parking spaces will be reserved nightly for pre-purchase parkers.

Easy exit to I-24 and East Nashville. Each parking period is for 24 hours, so park with us again the next day for the Fest! In & out privileges. Tailgating allowed. Church volunteers will staff the lot during the Nissan Stadium concerts.

After paying, you'll receive a receipt immediately, a personal confirmation email within 24 hours, and your emailed parking passes on June 1.

Our address is 419 Woodland Street, and our parking lots run from Fifth St to I-24.

We are three blocks from the stadium gates. Easy exit to I-24 and East Nashville. We are $30 nightly or $100 for the four night fest. Each parking period is for up to 24 hours, so park with us again the next day for the Fest!

CMA Fest! Our church is one block from the stadium property and three blocks from the stadium gates. We have parking at $30 per 24 hours. Volunteers including me will be on the lot every night. Our church is St Ann's Episcopal Church at 419 Woodland Street between I-24 and Fifth Street. We don't offer prepay options. We've always had ample parking for CMAFest. Payment by card on your phone via a QR code is available 24 hours a day and we'll have church volunteers on the lot before and during the Nissan Stadium concerts to watch the lot and collect cash payments. Payment by cash or card is good for 24 hours of parking. Our large lot is fenced, paved, lit, and safe. Easy exit: an I-24 ramp is directly across from the parking lot or you can travel away from the stadium on surface streets into East Nashville. We have in & out privileges and tailgating is allowed.
