Welcome to June everyone! I hope everyone is doing well and getting back to normal as we head towards summer. It's great to see things start to get back to normal. In the meantime we will keep sanitizing cars and social distancing to keep everyone safe.
I got a little busy last week with the holiday and never got to post our week 3 raffle winner.
Our week 3 winner Jeff Everitt won a gift card to the Black Eyed Pig.
And our week 4 winner Mike Landreth also won a gift card to the Black Eyed Pig.
They will get get to enjoy some of the best BBQ in Naples in my opinion.

I hope everyone is staying safe and practicing their social distancing while our county is starting to open up. We are doing everything we can to provide a safe environment for our staff and our customers.
Our week 2 raffle winner is Nikki Blaha and she will be enjoying a terrific meal from Goldies Restaurant. They are now open for eat in and take out.

Happy Monday Everyone!! Our first lucky winner in our May gift card raffle is Monica Rodriguez! Monica won a $25 gift certificate to Goldies Restaurant. One of the best places in Naples for breakfast or lunch. Every car service this week will get a chance for another Goldies gift certificate. Call and make your appointment so we can fit you in. We are sanitizing touch points and door handles and keeping appointments spaced apart in an effort to fight the spread of Covid 19

Good Morning! In support of our local restaurants we will be Raffling off a gift certificate weekly for the month of May. Every customer for the week will get a chance in the raffle. This week we are featuring Goldies Restaurant. A great local establishment with delicious food. The dining room is now open at 25% capacity for eat in or take out.

Good Morning we hope to find all our customers, friends and neighbors healthy and safe.
We have reopened our front office for check in although we are limiting occupancy to one customer at a time. We will have a very limited waiting area for the short term although we would encourage our customers to drop off their cars for service whenever possible. All in an effort to maintain social distancing till this pandemic is well behind us.
As our community prepares to begin reopening we look forward to serving you while maintaining guidelines to keep everyone safe.
1) TOUCH LESS SERVICE is available for pickup and drop off using our after hours drop box.
2) APPOINTMENTS may be made over the phone or online at tdautomotiveservices.com
3) SANITIZING We will continue to wipe down counters, door handles and touch points in our office 3 times per day or more as required
4) SANITIZING VEHICLES Before service we will wipe down door handles, shifters, selector k***s and arm rests, steering wheels and installing steering wheel covers. Then performing a final wipe down upon completion of service
5) PICKUP & DELIVERY service can be arranged in advance for our health compromised and home bound customers
6) PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE We will gladly review your invoice with you and take payment over the phone for a contact free pickup service.

WOW!! A hundred likes and a hundred follows. I don't know what to say. Thank You to all our awesome customers. We hope you're all staying safe during this crisis.
We are open and doing everything possible to keep you safe when you come in. We feel disinfecting all touch points on our customer cars before and after servicing is making a difference.
You can call in and use our key drop and pay over the phone and we can arrange pickup and delivery service for our home bound customers.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the T&D Automotive family would like to share with you that we are committed to the health and safety of our team, our customers and our suppliers. If we all work together we will get through this.

We will remain open to serve you but to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff we have temporarily closed our waiting area. We have set up an outdoor area to check in and pick up your car.

We are disinfecting all door handles, steering wheels, shifters and turn signals and keys. We are also installing a steering wheel cover as well for your protection.

We are disinfecting all common areas, door k***s and handles computers and phones as a protective measure as well.

We have an after hours and early morning drop box and we can accept payments over the phone if you prefer.

I would like to encourage our customers to reach out if there is anything we can be of assistance with in the coming days. We are here to serve you and wish everyone the best of health.
