Looking for something fun to do this Saturday?

Be sure to check out the Timber Trails Campground Golf Cart Parade this Saturday, August 8th at 4:00 PM!

If you’ve never been, you’re missing out. They always have some incredibly creative and decorated golf carts, and the kids (and adults!) love it. Plus, there’s LOTS of candy! 🍬

Our grandkids look forward to this parade every year, and it’s become one of our favorite little hometown traditions. If you’re around Mulberry Grove Saturday afternoon, grab a lawn chair and enjoy the parade route!

We know what Roy is thinking, but we want to hear your version! What do you think his face is saying about this worn brake pad? 😂

Brake pads don’t all wear at the same rate. Driving habits, stop-and-go traffic, vehicle weight, towing, and brake components that aren’t working properly can all affect how quickly they wear.

🟢 8–12 mm: Plenty of pad remaining
🟡 4–7 mm: Partially worn and worth keeping an eye on
🔴 2–3 mm: Worn and time to start planning for replacement

Every oil change at Mosley Auto Care includes a courtesy inspection, including actual brake-pad measurements in millimeters.

We completely forgot to post that we’d be closed today while we snuck away for a quick family trip with grandkids. Sorry if you stopped by or tried to call!

Every now and then, we get to shuffle the shop schedule around, sneak away for an hour, and deliver Meals on Wheels for the Bond County Senior Citizens Center

We believe God calls us to serve where He plants us. On this particular day it was a couple of coolers, a few friendly visits, and delivering meals around our little corner of the world. We’re thankful for the chance to help.

The guys officially have A/C in the shop!

If you’ve pulled up and thought, “Uh oh… Mosley’s are closed,” don’t worry. We aren’t! The doors have just been staying shut to keep all that expensive cold air where it belongs.

A huge thank you to D & S Service of Mulberry Grove for the installation done so efficiently all while working around our guys. They did a great job! Give them a call for your HVAC needs!

🎉 🔧 Mosley Auto Care is 10 years old! 🛞 🎉

Ten years ago, Roy Mosley did something most people would call crazy… he walked away from a steady paycheck, and together we took a leap of faith and opened Mosley Auto Care.

Then in 2020, I traded scrubs for shop invoices and joined him, knowing absolutely nothing about the automotive world. Six years later, the shop is still here, we’re still happily married, and neither one of us has made the evening news. We’d call that a success. 😄

To our customers, thank you for trusting us with your vehicles and for telling your family and friends about us. Word of mouth is the best compliment we could ever ask for. We know many of you make the drive to our little shop, and we never take that for granted. Thank you for choosing us.

To Larry and Drake thank you for your hard work, for putting up with Roy 😉, keeping up with all my ideas, and for helping make Mosley Auto Care what it is.

Over the last 10 years, we’ve learned that doing the job right, choosing quality over quantity, treating people fairly, and being honest never go out of style.

Most of all, we’re thankful for God’s blessings over the past 10 years. We couldn’t have done it without Him… or all of you.

So as long as Roy keeps fixing them and you all keep breaking them… we’ll keep showing up. 😄
