Another one headed out the door!

We’re sending out another like-new restoration to a repeat customer. This makes #2 completed, and #3 was just dropped off and is ready to get started.

It’s hard to explain the amount of work that goes into these machines unless you see them when they first arrive. From where they start to the moment they’re loaded back on the trailer, our guys put in countless hours, attention to detail, and dedication to get the job done right.

This is what Troy’s Technical Repair is becoming known for — taking equipment that needs some serious attention and putting it back on the front line looking and working like it should.

Big credit to the entire shop crew. The pride and dedication you guys put into these restorations definitely shows when it’s time to load them up.

The second 10,000 hours matter more than the first.

Most machines look pretty good at 3,000 or 5,000 hours.

You learn a lot more about one when the hour meter rolls past 10,000.

This SENNEBOGEN is sitting at over 16000 hours and still goes to work every day unloading trucks and feeding the mill.

That kind of life doesn’t come from treating heavy equipment as disposable.

It comes from building a machine that can be maintained, repaired, and kept in production for the long haul.

Because the real cost of a machine isn’t just what you paid for it.

It’s how many productive hours you get out of it.

Over 16,000 hours and still earning its keep.

That’s the kind of equipment I want to sell.

Snow’s melting, sun’s out, and this R954 is headed to Southern Illinois to kick off our customer’s new barge cut-up division — not a bad way to start a Thursday morning.

This 2014 Sennebogen came in with 32,202 hours on the clock for a full rebuild. Today it's loaded up and heading back to the customers yard--ready to get back to work where it belongs. Nothing better than putting solid machines back in the field. Thank you for trusting us with the rebuild, looking forward to the next one.
