Got called out to a job today for a truck that’s been giving the owner headaches for weeks. It had been put through forced regen after forced regen, and nobody could figure out why the issue kept coming back.

Before throwing expensive parts at it or forcing yet another regen, we hooked up to check the live data. Right away, we noticed the intake pressure was way too low.

Pulled the MAP sensor, and sure enough—it was completely choked solid with carbon.

Spent a few minutes cleaning it out, popped it back in, and the truck was back to running right. Codes cleared, full power restored, and the customer didn't have to waste thousands on parts they didn't actually need.

Proper diagnostics will always beat the guessing game.

We recently got called in to rescue a project after another company threw in the towel, claiming the job was "too big" to handle. The real kicker? Before walking away, their uncertified technicians managed to break over $3,000 worth of parts.

What started as a standard job ended up costing the customer thousands extra—just to clean up someone else's mistakes.
