As we step into 2026, our hearts are filled with gratitude for the people who make Bear’s Towing & Recovery possible.

First and foremost, to our employees this work is demanding, unpredictable, and often unseen. Long nights, missed holidays, dangerous situations, and calls that don’t stop. Yet you show up every single time with grit, and heart. What you do cannot be taught it comes from character. We are beyond grateful for each of you and proud to stand beside you.

To the families who support our team, thank you. Your sacrifices, patience, and understanding make it possible for our crews to do what they do. You are just as much a part of this company as the men and women answering the calls.

Tow Truck Operator – Bear’s Towing & Recovery

Bear’s Towing & Recovery has been a trusted name in the towing industry for over 40 years, providing fast, reliable service to our community. We’re looking to add a skilled and dependable Tow Truck Operator to our team!

Job Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a tow truck to assist customers with breakdowns, accidents, and vehicle transport
• Respond to dispatch calls in a timely manner and provide professional service
• Perform basic roadside assistance, such as jump-starts, and lockouts
• Properly secure vehicles for transport and ensure all safety procedures are followed
• Maintain equipment and tow trucks in good working condition
• Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license Class D (CDL preferred but not required)
• Clean driving record
• Experience in towing or roadside assistance is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
