Bring a toy or art supplies for Children’s MN Hospital (ages 0-18) in honor of the many kids affected by loss on 9/11.

Saturday we had our MN state packet workshop. We all had a great time learning about the national project Liberty's Legacy and MN state project Democracy Jr. as well as touring the beautiful MN state Capitol, trying our hands at some Revolutionary War era spy tactics for coding/decoding messages and making cards for veterans as a service project.

Woohoo! Our MOA exhibits for C.A.R., DAR and SAR all made the news this weekend!

Minnesota State C.A.R. Hosted the America 250 event at the Mall of America this weekend along with the DAR SAR and Dakota Historical Society. We collected hundreds of signatures on the giant Declarations of Independence we put out each day. We also had revolutionary war spy games for anyone who wanted to try their hands at invisible ink, cyphers and other methods of concealing messages. Thank you to all the volunteers who helped to make this event a huge success. Happy Independence Day!
