Seat done for Gilby in Hudson. They are building a show bike for Donnie Smith. Hand built Harley, fiberglass pan. That usually means the first seat version doesn't fit right. Needs more nose on the pan. So version two coming up this week for the show next weekend. Thanks Gilby!

Yamaha Smax scooter seat redo. I've done a few of these scooter seats now. The seat stock out of the factory has a huge mid hump in it and storage space underneath for a helmet but a lot of riders don't like it cuz it pushes you forward and gives you a very limited rider position. Thankfully somebody mentioned me and posted photos the seat I did for them on a Yamaha Smax forum page the while back. So I've gotten return customers doing these seats. I chop the plastic bubble out of the seat pan, rivet down new plastic and then build flat foam all the way back basically just using the nose of the stock foam. I guess it works good and gives the rider the ability to slide back and stretch their legs out which I can imagine would be much more comfortable. Red stitching on the seams to match her scooter. This one boxed up and sent back to Los angeles. Thanks Pam!

Two more truck seats redone for premier electric. I like doing truck seat work it's always the door side of the driver side that gets worn down and blown out. So I trim seam rip the seat apart, match the fabric or vinyl up as best as possible rebuild the seat foam or broken springs etc and sew in New. Got to appreciate a company that upkeeps its vehicles for its employees. Thanks Simon!.

1974 Honda cb450 seat build. He shipped me the bare pan stripped and powder coated. I built the foam a little lower and more narrow than stock, but with the stock look of the pleat pattern on top and the strap etc. I've done probably a dozen of these same seats thanks to an online article on thanks to building the bike and taking great pictures and writing the article. Article is still out there going strong. Seat done and shipped back to the owner in Redondo Beach California. Thanks Matthew!

Motorcycle seat redo that I altered the foam on. Moved the hump forward 3". Leveled off the foam in front to keep the rider from sliding forward always. Lots of chopping and sanding on the foam. Then new pattern and new seat cover. This is the second time I've done this seat and the owner wanted the numbers reused which were his numbers at work for 40 some years and now he's retired. Funny guy. Thanks Steve!

Anybody interested in my 63 Mercury Monterey? Thinking of selling it or trying. Rebuilt 390 V8 engine, tons of new parts. runs and drives great, super reliable no leaks. Car will run forever, pretty darn fast and fun to drive. And crazy interior by me about 10 years ago. Power roll down back window works and is a nice feature. Fun colorful project redoing these Thonet chairs. Colors in hibiscus, Asian plum, lime cooler, Jamaican Sun, bittersweet and Marine blue. They were mostly different colors but the original upholstery and batting inside was pretty trashed so all new foam inside and all new bright color vinyl except for the turquoise one we saved that cuz it was good enough original. Thonet was an originator of curved plywood and curved plywood laminating. And a shaggy green mushroom to top it off. Thanks Kim!
