Oh, it can stop.

Usually right after the brake pad has completely disappeared and your rotor has joined the problem. 😭

If your brakes are grinding, that’s not your vehicle being dramatic.

It can mean the brake pad material is worn down enough that metal components are contacting each other.

Waiting can turn:

Brake pads

into…

Brake pads + rotors

and sometimes even more.

If your brakes are making noises that sound expensive, there is a very good chance they are becoming expensive.
