Building professional relationships is our favorite thing to do. This particular vehicle has been seen before with other repairs. Even though the owner of this Mercedes could have taken his car to to a quick l**e just blocks from him, he called us because not only was our prices lower but he was very happy with our performance on previous tasks as well as being mobile, making it more convenient for him.

When the client says "I got my oil changed at (Blank Company) 5k miles ago." This is a 6.2 qt engine and reminded me of Guns and Roses when he started it before the service. Smh. Lesson of the day: Always check your dipstick after an oil change no matter who does the service.
