Hey guys! Long time no post lol. I’ve been busy I’ll tell you what! Mainly on a lot of boring things, kinda took a step back to try to implement new ways on how I operate & build things. I’m trying to go from a everything is built upon ordered then you wait till it’s done, to in stock ready to ship just send in your cores & next day I’ll send out one already done ready to go next day, except for dashes those are too custom to make into a cookie cutter product, but this took a lot figuring out & planning. Definitely slowed down everything on my end but I’m excited where things are headed! Stay tuned got a some announcements and things I think you’ll guys will like! I have tons of content over the last month or two I need to edit & post, new products but right now I got ole dixie torn apart for some repairs so let me get her buttoned up back together and I’ll show you all the cool stuff I’ve been working on.

Hey guys just finished up a nice batch of 32 110v Power inverters I modify for the 11-16 center consoles & 13-16 Dash swaps. Already shipped out some & only have a couple sold, so i wanted to let you guys know I do have 20+ of them in stock ready to ship. I’m going to try to keep them in stock at all times, build a new batch when I get down to 10 of them. Ive been slowing working one product at a time doing a big production batch plus extras. so my goal is I’ll go from everything is built upon order and switch to parts are on hand done and ready to ship. Already have been working towards this with all my products I offer too so stay tuned for more updates

Hey guys! Knocked it a batch of Power Distribution Fuse Box kits for the 90s OBS trucks and 99-07 Super Duty’s. Already shipped a handful of them last week and built a bunch of extra ones, they’re $215 shipped & in stock ready to ship if you’re looking for a setup. If you have a special project & need some custom setup with custom lengths or size cable just let me know. I can usually whip up these cables pretty quick. Hey guys! Haven’t been on social media that much because I’ve been kicking butt! working on everyone’s projects but I wanted to give an update on The Heated & Cooled Seat kits. My Messages are over whelming and rather trying to message every individual person I figured a post like this would save me a lot of time but Just a couple months ago I probably had 50 of them to do and now I’m just down to 16 on my list to do. If your curious of the status of yours I included pictures of my status tracker so you can see where I’m at with yours. I was just finishing up one at a time & shipping one out every other day and I said screw it imma just run a production run on finishing and boxing them all up at once. So that’s the 24 that have shipped today. Right now I’m half way done of building a batch of 30 inverters and then I’ll get back on Seats and my goal is to catch up and on all these smaller batches & build extras sets so that in the future, long as it’s in finished & in stock, there won’t really be a lead time. Just send yours in or pay the refundable core charge and I’ll send out a already finished set. I’ll have some YouTube videos coming too on some new seats I’m working on right now so I’ll post them up when they’re ready but everyone have good weekend!

Spent the weekend installing 13-16 Platinum Heat & Cool Seats and a Full Center Console I picked up at the junk yard into my 96 F350 ole Dixie. Gotta say came out way better then I expect but was definitely more work & designing then I planned. Was hoping to drill 4 holes in the floor & bolt it in but during mock up I found out my head was about touching the headliner & my legs were hitting the steering wheel with the seat in the lowest position…. Sooo I removed the legs & built a bracket to where the tracks would be almost sitting on the floor lowering it 4 inches & it was perfect then just ran my heated & cooled seats kit for the electrical and tan the switches on the dash. Then mocked up the center console & 4x4 shifter was kinda in the way so I cut it modified the lever with a Coors beer tap that would clear the console. built some brackets so it could bolt it in. I was surprised how well it fit & the gap to the dash really isn’t that bad & I’m happy with it. Then running one of my 110v inverters on the back of the console & I’m using my power distribution kit to power everything with a wiring harness running thru the body. Gotta say I’m pretty happy with how it came out and it’s nice to have to finally have some decent cup holders

So been working on my 96 F350 ole Dixie, getting her ready for some trips down South. I’m trying to take of everything I need I want done before I start bouncing around but I don’t know how I feel about these fuel prices at over $6 a gallon here. But back to this project so my Cab lights never really worked, figured I’d pull the headliner and found a great wiring & duct tape job someone did. Then said screw it, I have parts laying around, let’s trash the old headliner and build a new Headliner with a custom wiring harness, 05-10 over head console and 11-16 Sun Visors & Dome light then I used black raptor bed liner on the trim pieces around the cab to match and gotta say it came out really awesome. Was a pretty straight forward project. I did make a YouTube video on it if you want more details but You can see the old setup was trash. It was so bad & saggy I had to put pins & staples to hold it off my head but gotta say I’m pretty happy with the new setup

Im trying to get back a bunch of messages today. It’s crazy I have over 100 unread messages. I could spend all day replying to them and they’ll be back the in a couple hours once they reply but on a side note I’m starting to get pretty good at building these dash harnesses! With everyone I do they get cleaner and cleaner. Safe to say the 02-07 definitely fits under the 11-16 tilt and telescope column. I already have done the 08-10 dashes so we know that fits. @ Miami, Florida

Finally did a dash swap on 05-07 6.0 for the first time. I’ve sold plenty of column kits for guys but never actually did in install till now. Definitely had more things going on but nothing too challenging. This 05 was getting 11-12 cooler seats, console, door panels and 08-10 dash with 11-12 skin to save on cost

I just wanted to share a handful of tips and tricks I do on all my door panel swaps. First one is a must and I always put 2 #6 washers on each stud behind the handle to push it away from the door. I always say make sure you get the correct pigtails & switches and 08-16 inner window seals and door cups that go with your door panels. Not a lot of people know there’s actually 2 door cup sizes. The rear doors always use the big ones and it’s a hit or miss on the front door panels if they use the big ones or the small ones. I keep both around so when I come across this I got it covered.
Then for the headliner! I always delete most the old Dome light wiring and put my own 3 pin Connector (Ground, Dome light, const 12v) on the body harness and new headliner for a clean install so it’s plug and play right on the rear passenger C pillar. @ Miami, Florida

Hey guys!!! I Wanted to share some cool news! Imma try to get to all my messages and emails today my inbox is flooded, my apologies I was little occupied over the weekend I met Dennis Rodman & I accidentally won $12,000 at the Hard Rock Casino. So I put that money to good use and refunded some cluster people & paid off a credit card but for E4Motors I’m definitely over whelmed & over booked so anything that comes in I won’t work on till September, after I get back from my Trip from Nevada to get Old Betsy the 7.3 back on the road!! Endless it’s something small but right now I’m busting my butt with what’s on my plate. For me Things have been really good the last 2-3 months!!! I was definitely in a s**t rut the moment I stepped foot in Florida last year but! Things have definitely turned around!!! Im excited!! But my plan right now before I move back to Texas I want to get my money straight and clusters mailed back & refunded so we can you guys on the new cluster helper train!! That way ill be moving to Texas guns blazing with no Florida baggage, and I’m excited because I’ll have access to a real shop & I’m setting up a crew of guys to help me speed things up so I won’t be a one man show anymore & take E4Motors to the next level!!! But I’m still working down the my List of guys to refund but just in the last month I’ve been able to refunded $8500 back. I think by next month I should have everyone squared away and this mess I made cleaned up! Then imma finish the local builds Im doing and once that’s done I’m out Florida and off to Houston!!!
