This car ALMOST was not made. You see Dutch Darrin deaigned it on his own time and money using one of Kaiser's chassis. He presented it to Henry J. Kaiser who said "NOPE", we only make family cars not sports cars.
However, Henry Kaiser's wife took one look at it and made him produce it. It's looks are undeniable. If given a more powerful engine I think even with a higher pricetag it could have been a hit. What do you think?
