This Honda Pilot hood-repair is definitely the highlight of my week! 🥵 Severe-damage on an aluminum-hood with only maybe 5% tool-access from underneath, this was an uphill-battle all the way using only external glue-pull and a journey into "lateral-tension", the hottest-trend in the PDR-world right now. Lateral-tension made a BIG-difference in speeding this up and saving that wicked-crown up top from blowing-out the paint when the apex of the dent finally released. This was not a perfect-repair at the end of the day with plenty of small cosmetic-flaws, but the end-goal of cleaning this up as much as possible was achieved. 😎👍

PDR-repair on a Honda-Pilot right quarter-panel recently. Bodyline-dents on quarters can be tricky when they're sharp like this, as tool-access from behind is usually non-existent. Got lucky with this one & started with exterior glue-pull & finished-up the bodyline-detail through a small factory-hole hidden underneath the wheel-liner. 😎👌

Another double-panel damage-repair, on a Subaru-Crosstrek hatchback a few days ago. Client backed into a pole & caved-in the rear-hatch seam on the right-side.... These can be tough to deal-with. Due to poor tool-access to that interior-seam & rigid-metal on the edge, I was only able to get this one to around maybe 80%, but the edge is straight again. Working on these door-seams can be tough without chewing-up the factory seam-sealer on the inside.

Dodge Ram tailgate-repair I did a few weeks back. Client let the tailgate-down while impact-driver was sitting on the bumper, caved-in the bodyline. I used a combo-repair of external glue-pulls & posterior/interior-tooling to finish-up the stubborn bodyline low-spots leftover. 😎👍

Nothing very Earth-shattering here, but the bottom-edge of this Honda-door was a bit tough to deal-with! Double-paneled...

Nothing very Earth-shattering here, but the bottom-edge of this Honda-door was a bit tough to deal-with! Double-paneled seam was peeled-back when the client opened the door on a lift-rack. Paint was chipped but I was able to get that bend straight again after a bit of manipulation. 🥵

Here's the 3rd GMC-tailgate I repaired recently, the notorious B&W hitch-damage. I finally saw the dynamics in-action & how it happens. ((👀)) There is typically enough space between the top-secondary tailgate-step, but as soon as you step on it in the dropped-position, it pushes straight into the hitch-corners. This was the worst damage I've seen yet, with a horizontal low-spot connecting the 2-dents in-between to complicate things. These were very sharp/deep-dents on black-painted aluminum with a significant-gap between the gate & button-panel. Not a perfect-repair, and tough to get down to a presentable-level. 😎👍

Before-and-afters of the mobile PDR-repair I did on the 2025 GMC bedside-corner a few days ago. This took about 3-hours, using a combo-repair of glue-pulls to get the bulk out, then tooling from the inside to fine-tune & build that bodyline back up. This was a hit-and-run by another truck in a retail parking-lot, restored back to factory-finish like it never happened. 😎👍

Here's a quick glimpse of the PDR-repair-process I did on the 2025 GMC bedside a few days ago. About 3-hours from start-to-finish, using a combo-repair of glue-pulls to get the bulk out, then tedious tooling from the inside to fine-tune & build that bodyline back up, 😎👍
