Update!!!!!!!:
New living situation new problems, mainly no funds lol.
Will pick up the work when things settle down. And I can spare the cash. I don't really have a time goal anymore but I've got an itch to get working again and get Katt running. Motor then electrical is the plan.
Edit:
I'll also be adding some of my cosmetic choices to see what the public thinks.

Well, something came up and Katt is on the back burner again. She was also moved again pending yet another move. I've decided on what I want to do with her barring another Kattastrophe (I'll see myself out) future build list will follow. I'm going NA2TT I'll also be replacing the carpet, changing out the upholstery, and rewiring everything myself.
Should be tons of contentwhen I'm done

It's not going to be much of an update today.
Due to some events out of my power the Z has had to move yet again. During the move we decided it would be best to go ahead and drop the tank and drain the 15yo fuel. Well the tank was beyond repair so we just popped a hole in the soft mostly rusted spot, drained out the turpentine, and will be replacing the rank with a 15gal fuel cell when funds become available. Another cool little tidbit. We found the original key under the driver's side carpet under the seat!

So Monday night we pulled all of the parts out of the hatch that the previousowner left and took inventory. We then inspected the interior to assess how much cleaning was needed and any damage to the interior we weren't able to see. Got the hood fitted 98% with some minor adjustments still needed.

UPDATE:
I with some help I disassembled
The door lock and made a set of keys so now I have a real working set since the ones that came with the car were hand cut, the wrong type, and had not enough cuts. I also made a key for the T-tops since they had aftermarket locks and no key.

TLDR: car no have start stick I make one, and open stick for roof!

So for those of you who don't know, I acquired a 1984 Nissan 300ZX from a sweet lady. It was in a barn in pretty bad condition. Me and a friend cleaned her up and parked her in a garage in Addison. There someone hit her on the front drivers corner. Now she sits at another friend's parents house under their car port where I plan on sharing the process of getting her on working order with all of you!
