Faith Works Automotive is a consistently busy, faith-based auto repair facility with three locations in Mesa Arizona. While having a specific faith or belief system is not a requirement to work in our facility; we use our faith to guide our morals in the way we treat our customers and our team members. We don’t make empty promises and then not follow through with them. We are a fast-paced, reputable shop with a very loyal clientele. Between our three locations, we have more than 1,100 “five-star reviews” on Google and across the web and voted "Best of Mesa" five years in a row. We find it an honor to serve people and treat them with respect, fixing cars is just an added bonus.

This is what you can expect from us:

1. A friendly family atmosphere where you can enjoy coming to work every day.

2. A five-day workweek, no weekends, we are open Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, and close most major holidays. Including Black Friday.

3. The support you need! We have subscriptions with alldata, Mitchell, identifix, And IATN. Just to name a few. You will also have a highly experienced master technician as a shop foreman to help guide you whenever you need it.

4. The tools you need to do the job! We have O.E manufacturer-level tooling, scanners, and reprogramming capabilities for most domestic and Asian vehicles.

5. We pay for continued education and ASE certifications.

6. Our shops are limited to a five-man crew, three highly skilled technicians, and two service advisors that know exactly what they’re doing. This results in consistent production, high ticket averages, quickly sold jobs, and the right parts the first time. Our leaders have the knowledge and experience to get the job done.

7. We know how to attract the right customer. We do not advertise specials or discounted oil changes. We are in the business of attracting quality customers who are looking for the consistent and fair priced services that we offer.

8. We cross-train and promote from within “which is why we currently have an open position”. Bottom line our employees just don’t leave.

9. We offer a week of paid vacation, and three sick days after six months of employment.

11.Depending upon your experience, you may be paid hourly or will be paid a percentage of both parts and labor with a guaranteed minimum. No more flat rate. We don't play games with your paycheck, you are able to know how much you have made up to the minute. Complete transparency.

A qualified candidate will have:

1. A minimum of five years of professional automotive experience. (changing your own oil, or working on your own car does not count.)

2. Your own basic tools, a toolbox, a tool cart, air, and/or electric tools. We provide specialty tools and scanners. A good understanding of basic automotive systems as well as the ability to read and understand flow charts and wiring diagrams.

3. The ability to accurately and decisively document and communicate a vehicle's needs.

4. A desire to learn and attend training in order to further your skills.

5. A valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.

6. The ability to pass a background and drug test.

7. A passion to serve others, Self-confidence, work well with others, and honesty.
