Assist with preparing and proofreading letters, emails and presentations. Support in-house and off-site meetings, trainings and events. Maintain calendar(s) and/or daily schedules, arrange and coordinate meetings, manage travel arrangements. Support in-house meetings, trainings, marketing efforts, special projects, and local customer events. Provide company reception and telephone coverage.
