The Mercedes Quarterback Club is a non-profit organization committed to providing for the needs of our players and coaches. Our goal is to ensure that the Mercedes High School football program remains one of the finest competitive athletic programs in the area. Our mission is to raise the funds necessary to provide the resources needed to reach and maintain that goal. More importantly, our desire

is to provide the best possible atmosphere and environment allowing all of our student athletes to compete on an equal basis. With the continued support of our families, friends, teachers and coaches our community is growing stronger as we prepare our future citizens and leaders to become responsible, well-educated, productive individuals.

Weslaco Classic 7on7 State Qualifier 🏈 Game 3 Mercedes was leading Edinburg Bobcats 13-0 before game delay due to lightning in the area and Edinburg then forfeited game so Mercedes wins the pool and moves on to the championship game against winner of the other pool the Mission Veterans. Championship game at 4pm. Go Tigers! 🐅 🐾 🏈

Due to standing water on the field, 7th and 8th grade Open Field will be postponed until Monday. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we wait for the field conditions to improve.
We will resume on Monday and look forward to seeing everyone back on the field then.
