Mother Nature has a way of reminding us how unpredictable she can be. Due to severe weather conditions beginning Friday, 1/23, our area experienced limited road activity and widespread operational disruptions. Many local businesses not only slowed down, but closed completely during this time.

While we normally have daily USPS pickups, USPS operations in our area were limited and, at times, closed completely, and I noticed there had been no pickup activity since Saturday, 1/24. To keep orders moving, I made daily USPS drop-offs directly at the post office - even on days when there were few vehicles on the road.

In addition, to avoid supply chain delays, I personally drove to connector and terminal suppliers to pick up replenishment items, rather than risk further delays from carriers. This allowed me to continue fulfilling orders as reliably as possible during the weather event.

HarnessDR is a small business owned and operated solely by me, and when adverse weather arrives, I do everything I can - safely - to continue operations. Despite the challenging conditions, I chose to brave the weather and keep orders moving so customer shipments could still get out the door, even when normal postal operations were unavailable.

As USPS resumes full operations today, orders that include tracking should begin updating very soon as they re-enter the normal processing and transit flow.

I truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during times like this. It means more than I can put into words. Your trust allows small businesses like mine to keep going, no matter what the forecast brings.

Had a very TINY bit of free time and did the trim swap. Had these in my garage for over a year (if not longer)

2021 Silverado LT - 1500. Had to do a tiny bit of trimming on one of the pieces in order to make it fit right.

Hey all,

We are putting the finishing touches on the T1 Heated Wheel Retrofit harness. Working with White Automotive & Media Services so they can release the remote programming services for this.

We need to confirm the presence (or absence) of the power and ground wires to be able to better understand the needs for this retrofit.

Is anyone willing to pull their airbag on a 2019-2022.1 Silverado/Sierra (those that have done the cluster upgrade to get steering wheel controls) to confirm the presence of these wires for us?

Last weekend - was replace headliner harness weekend 🙂. Since replacing the windshield to the HUD version windshield, I noticed a cutout for the lane departure camera. This is different than my factory windshield, so naturally, I started looking at the wiring to add that. Haha. Don’t know if I can get this to work, but sourcing all the parts to try.

Update - Lane Departure Warning didn’t work after adding all the hardware and wiring.

Finally had some time to get the windshield replaced on my 2021 Silverado LT 1500. Old windshield was cracked and didn’t support HUD (Heads Up Display), new one supports HUD.

M&M Auto Glass is amazing! I decided to get my windshield directly from GM. Had it delivered to my local dealership. M&M was awesome enough to meet me at the dealer for pickup, then installed it at my house. Install took about 30 mins!

My HUD is no longer ghosting on the windshield!

Found these Sun Visors in the garage and forgot I had them. They have the LED lights in them so why not get them wired up! :)
