Hey, it’s Charlie again !
I just want to throw a couple of tips out to you guys.
If you have Mass. Insurance coverage on your vehicle, we suggest you look into adding Rental car coverage to your policy. Every day we run into a customer who does not have rental coverage and they pay dearly to the rental car company. Not to mention the pressure on everyone from you the insured, to the Repair shop ! Depending on your Insurance Company, sometimes it’s only about $65.00 per year. (That’s about a day and a half the cost of a rental car). Seems like a no brained if you could have a 3 week repair !
Next……if a person comes up to you in a parking lot and says they can fix your dent or scratch on your car while you shop, DON’T DO IT ! It’s impossible.
I have been seeing this happening lately and these people say they will make it look like new and end up ruining your car with an inferior parking lot repair that will be expensive to correct what they did !
It is very disturbing how these people lie to you by saying they work for a reputable Body Shop, and the don’t know what they are doing ! Your car is an expensive investment, don’t let these people mess it up

Precision Auto Body in Marlboro, Ma., certainly knows that being involved in an automobile accident can be a stressful situation, but the repair of your vehicle should never be. Automobile owners don't spend a Saturday afternoon "shopping" for a Collision Repair Shop knowing they're a potential customer. For most drivers, accidents happen so infrequently that they forget or simply never knew the facts about the collision repair process. When you least expect it, having a trusting relationship with the right collision repair shop can suddenly become very important.
"If people like you they will listen to you, but if they trust you they'll do business with you"
If there is ever any confusion involved with collision repairs it's because the customer and the shop are both dealing with a common denominator, the insurance companies. People need to remember, this is their own personal vehicle and a big investment. They have the right to take it to the repair shop of their choice, no matter what.
It is the shops responsibility to deal with the insurance company directly and see to it that they fulfill their obligation, to pay for the proper repairs to your vehicle so it is returned to you in pre-accident condition. Insurance companies are doing their job of taking care of their own business, at Precision Auto Body it is our job to take care of the people first and getting them back on the road !

It's that time again. Be careful !!

Hi everybody,
Please be careful out there, the deer are very active again and can cause a lot of damage when we get in their way ! We have had quite a few "deer hit" claims as of late at Precision Auto Body.
It's good to remember that when you see one, there are usually more to follow. Please be alert !
They are beautiful animals and it is a shame to see them get injured or worse !
